I live in the Middle East and I have been trying to order Technet Plus Direct online. Since I am outside of the US, I clicked on the "Go to worldwide information" link. However, everytime I order from this link, the order gets cancelled after a few hours without any explanation. So I prefer to order it from the US site. Is there a licensing problem if I do so?
Or for example, if I were to buy Technet Plus Direct in the US, is there a problem if I installed software while outside of the US?
